Our theme, “Redesigning Healthcare Better,” is intended to empower change at all levels of the health ecosystem. Key ingredients include networking with like-minded professionals and discovering that the power of lifestyle medicine delivers value, improved outcomes, and transforms health care into health restoration.

The LM2022 conference will be offered as a hybrid event with in-person sessions over a three-day period in Orlando, FL, and virtual sessions that allow participants special access from home. Pre- & post-conference workshops, research abstract presentations, and an exhibitor pavilion will be also featured.

Plenary sessions will be augmented with concurrent sessions organized into tracks:

The Allied Health Professionals track – topics and strategies of particular relevance to the clinical practice of registered dietitians, registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, behavioral health providers, health and wellness coaches, etc.
The Business of Lifestyle Medicine track - presentations designed to demonstrate the value of LM approaches to health systems executives, employers, insurance companies, and entrepreneur start-ups as well as presentations on clinical models that are successfully creating improved health outcomes while being financially sustainable
The Science of Lifestyle Medicine track – presentations focused on innovative research happening in the field of Lifestyle Medicine
The “How” of Lifestyle Medicine track – presentations related to shared medical appointments, team-based care, health equity programs that reach vulnerable populations, elderly, etc., Lifestyle Medicine Provider Network experiences and insights and intensive therapeutic lifestyle change programs
